유일한 교회 개척 전략 (Church Planting Strategy That Works)-영어/한글
Many pastors in Korea express frustration that starting a new church feels increasingly difficult. Yet quite a few are still able to do it successfully. Their secret: non-believers are experiencing the supernatural power of God.
Many pastors of good-sized churches experienced the manifestation of God’s supernatural power in their ministry, at least when they were starting their churches. Sick people were healed, demons were cast out, deep repentance occurred, people exhibited dramatic changes in their lives, proving that God was with them. Non-believers experienced God’s power through their ministries and believed.
Non-believers are getting harder and harder to reach these days. Preaching and teaching alone are not enough. God’s supernatural power must be demonstrated in ministry, especially for pastors who are starting a church. Pastors must learn how to heal and cast out demons by reading books, attending seminars, and most importantly, by practicing. First and foremost, they must become men of prayer so that church members can witness and know that God answers their pastors’ prayers.
Apostle Paul says this: My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit s power(1 Cor 2:4 NIV).
In this overly secular society with anti-Christianity ethos, God’s direct intervention may be the only way to experience true conversion.

요즈음은 한국에서 교회 개척이 안 된다고 합니다. 맞습니다. 개척이 거의 불가능해졌습니다. 그러나 이러한 가운데에서도 교회를 개척하여 부흥시키는 목회자들이 있습니다.
이들의 공통점은 사역에 하나님께서 같이 하신다는 증거가 보인다는 것입니다. 하나님의 초자연적인 역사가 나타나는 것입니다. 교회를 개척하여 크게 부흥시킨 분들도 보면 개척 초기에는 초자연적인 역사가 있었습니다. 병이 낫든지, 귀신이 나가든지, 강퍅한 사람이 회개하든지, 극적인 회심을 보이든지.
오늘날에는 단순히 설교하고 가르쳐서는 불신자 전도가 이루어지지 않을 것 같습니다. 예수 이름의 능력을 체험하도록 해야 합니다. 그럴 때 비로소 비신자들이 복음에 관심을 갖고, 예수를 믿게 될 것입니다.
그러므로 개척교회 목사들은 치유, 축사 등을 공부하고, 배우고, 실습해야 합니다. 최소한, 목사가 기도하면 반드시 응답이 온다는 신뢰감을 줄 수 있는 기도의 사람이 되어야 합니다.
고린도 교인들에게 보낸 편지에서 사도 바울은 이렇게 말합니다.
“내 말과 내 전도함이 설득력 있는 지혜의 말로 하지 아니하고 다만 성령의 나타나심과 능력으로 하였노라. (고전 2:4 개역개정).”
기독교인에 대한 반감이 높고, 호감도가 바닥을 치는 요즈음에 전도할 수 있는 유일한 길은, 이것뿐이 아닌가 생각합니다.
