💗The Significance of Theological Methodology 💗 (영문/한글)
What is important in order to understand the works of which have been written by someone? Of course, it is, first of all, to figure out the central thought of the works. The most important thing is, however, what methodology the authors have used, that is, structural method or ontological method? In other words, inductive method or deductive method? Generally, the liberal use the one and the conservative the other.
Most of the one presupposed, for example, that God is the Absolute One who is unchangeable, while the other also the same God but makes condition (to be) reserved until it would be proved. In fact, it means that the existence of God is possible or probable not fixed definition. In other words, the result of study on the existence of Absolute God should be proved by the historical documentations.
Another example is whether or not the Bible be infallible. But We believe that the Bible is surely perfect (2Thim. 3:16) The Bible said \"All Scripture is given by inspiration of God and profitable for doctrine for reproof for correction for instruction in righteousness that the man of God may be complete thoroughly equipped for every good work\" (2Thim. 3:16-17).
By the way, the Liberal theologians are not willing to believe the infallibility of the Bible inspired by the Holy Spirit. They insist that the Bible has to be proved by the documentation criticism through the references and various resources such as the historical materials, namely historical records, inscriptions, cuneiform, hieroglyph, myths, scrolls, masses, archaeological, philosophical resource, and languages etc. 💗
신학적 방법론의 중요성
어떤 사람에 의하여 쓰여진 작품을 이해하는데 있어서 무엇이 가장 중요한가? 물론 그것은 무엇보다도 그 작품의 중심사상을 이해하는 것이다. 그러나 무엇보다도 가장 중요한 것은 저자들이 사용한 방법론이 무엇인가이다. 말하자면 구조론적 방법인가 아니면 존재론적 방법입가? 다시 말하자면, 귀납적 방법인가 아니면 연역적 방법인가? 일반적으로 자유주의자들은 전자를 보수주의자들은 후자를 사용한다.
예를 들어, 전자의 대부분은 하나님께서 절대자로 변치않는 분이라는 것을 전제하는 한편, 후자는 역시 같은 하나님을 전제하나 그것이 증명될 때까지 유보적인 조건을 붙인다. 사실, 그것은 하나님의 존재가 가능성이 있다는 것을 전제하나 고정적인 정의를 내리지는 않고 유보해두는 것을 의미한다. 다시 말하자면, 절대자 하나님의 존재에 대한 연구의 결과가 역사적인 문서들에 의하여 증명되어야 한다는 것이다.
또 다른 예는 성경이 오류가 있는지 아닌지의 문제이다, 그러나 우리는 성경은 확실히 완벽하다는 것을 믿는다(딤후 3:16). 성경은 말씀하신다.\"모든 성경은 하나님의 감동으로 된 것으로 교훈과 책망과 바르게 함과 의로 교육하기에 유익하니 이는 하나님의 사람으로 온저하게 하며 모든 선한 일을 행할 능력을 갖추게 하려 함이라\"(딤후 3:16-17).
그런데 자유주의 신학자들은 성령에 의하여 영감된 성경의 무오성을 믿으려하지 않는다. 그들은 성경은 역사적인 자료들, 즉 역사적 기록들, 비문들, 설형문자, 상형문자, 신화들, 두루마리들, 사본들, 고고학적, 철학적 자료들과 언어등과 같은 참고자료들과, 다양한 자료들을 통한 문서비평에 의하여 증명되어야한다고 주장한다.
